Autoship - Subscribe and Save 15% on Every Product, Every Time
Here is how autoship works and the benefits to you:
What autoship is:
Products that you select for autoship will be automatically charged - to the payment method that you use to initially order - and shipped to you at the interval of your choosing.
The benefits of autoship to you:
- You save 15% on every product, every interval
- You don't have to remember when to order
- You don't have to take the time to order
- By selecting the right interval to match your product usage pattern - you should never unexpectedly run out of product
- You can change your payment method at any time
- You can modify, pause, skip or cancel your autoship subscription(s) - by individual product - at any time
How to order autoship:
- Choose the products to be automatically delivered by selecting the "Subscribe and save 15%" option on the product detail page
- Select the shipping schedule you prefer in the drop-down menu next to "Subscribe and save 15%". The choices are:
- 15 day
- 30 day
- 45 day
- 60 day
- Click the green "Add to Cart" button
- If you are done, click the "Checkout" button, or...
- If you would like to add additional products - either on a single-time or autoship basis - click the green "Continue Shopping" button
- Repeat the above process until ready to complete checkout
Using Additional Discount Codes with Autoship
If you have an addition discount code from Root Cause Response, on the Customer Information Page during checkout, click on the "Discount - Code Promo" box that appears under "Order Summary" (see image below). Paste your discount code into the box, then click the "OK" button next to the discount code. The page will refresh, displaying your discount deducted from the total.
